Everyday Math and the Common Core
Your child's Student Reference Book reinforces the concepts that are taught in class. Your child can use it to help with homework or to play Everyday Math games! Click here to be linked to the Everyday Mathematics website that will help you see the SRB page numbers as well as corresponding games for each unit. Make sure that your child practices their multiplication facts on a daily basis as this will help them out with their division skills down the road!

Baseball Math- Students play baseball and watch their score change as they do math practice! Students can play with variations in difficulty (easy, medium, hard) and operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Division Drag Racing- Students solve division problems to move their car along the race track. The faster they solve the problems, the faster their car moves towards the finish line!
Equivalent Fraction Bingo- Students look at circles and determine which fractions are equivalent to each other. When they get three in a row, they win!
Fractions to Decimals Fruit Shoot- Students match a fruit decimal to the decimal they are given.
Fraction Fling- Use a slingshot to hit the fraction that matches the picture. Students can challenge themselves with mixed fractions!
Math Facts Basketball- Students can solve math problems (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) to earn points to shoot basketballs!
